“Anwar was masturbating this man…” – Mahathir Mohamad

TTF: Dr Mahathir Mohamad told Sin Chew Daily last Tuesday that it was wrong for him to sack his onetime deputy in government. According to the grand old man, there is a chance he would act differently should he be given the power to turn back time. He impressed upon the reporter interviewing him that the police and members of the UMNO Supreme Council had forced him to sack Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim as evidence against his deputy was overwhelming.

Now, take a look at the video below:

“Action has to be taken as this man (Anwar) cannot be allowed to become a leader in a country like Malaysia. He was masturbating this man…” – Mahathir, 22/09/1998

The footage is from a press conference Mahathir held just weeks after sacking Anwar. Notice how he says that he “interviewed the people he (Anwar) sodomised, the women he (Anwar) had sex with, the driver who brought the women to the place where he (Anwar) met them…these were told to me without the presence of the police or anybody…” Yet, we were told on Tuesday that the police had ‘forced’ him to sack his deputy.

See the lie?

If you don’t, then, take a look at this video:

Does he not say that he did what he did “based on facts?” Does he not explain why he was left with no choice but to sack his deputy? And tell me, does the man in these videos look anywhere near a guy who’s under pressure to sack his deputy? So what makes you think he’s going to do things any differently should he be able to turn back time?

Because he told Sin Chew Daily so?

If that’s the case, then, politics is not something you should concern yourself with. Unless you wise up and stop taking things at face value, you’re going to end up believing that Jesus is the guy who reads you the 8 pm news or serves you your burgers at Mc Donald’s.

Seriously, Mahathir is going to be Mahathir no matter what anyone says. He’s a fraud, a manipulator, a trickster and a ruthless dictator. He cares about no one but himself. But most of all, he’s a grand spin-master who lies though his teeth without ever feeling guilty about it.

And I’m not kidding.

On Tuesday, we were sold the idea that should history have a reset button, he would journey back through time to press that button as his deputy was likely innocent. But today (see news item below), we’re being told that should history repeat itself, he would never sack Anwar even if his deputy were to masturbate other men.

See the difference?

This guy is messing with your heads, folks. You can never detect it at face value, but upon detailed inspection, you’ll see that everything he says is nothing but a load of ‘sambal belacan tumis rempah seribu’. Take it from me, there is no way on earth members of the UMNO Supreme Council could ever have dictated terms to him back in the nineties. If you don’t believe me, try asking the Prime Minister or even Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi what it was like back then.

As a matter of fact, you can even ask Lim Kit Siang, a man who himself is in the business of spinning yarns. This fellow spent the better half of his life telling all and sundry that Mahathir was a dictator. Seriously, if the senior Lim were to tell you anything different, I’ll personally drive down to his office with a team of cameramen and ask him to repeat the lie straight to my face.

KUALA LUMPUR: Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad was put on the spot in an interview with the Australian Broadcast Channel (ABC) yesterday.

He was asked point blank if a vote for him would be a vote for Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, the man he once sacked from government on allegations of sodomy and corruption.

“Well, in a way, it is because I have promised that I would be the prime minister for a short while until he is pardoned,” the former prime minister-turned-Opposition leader told ABC journalist Beverly O’Connor on The World show.

“He needs to be pardoned by the King before he can participate in politics again so, that may take two years, three years.

“I don’t think I want to stay on for much longer because I am conscious about my age and I don’t think I can survive too long or one full term as prime minister,” Dr Mahathir added.

He also admitted to O’Conner that his previous actions towards Anwar, his former deputy, was harsh but insisted it was also justified.

“In those days I felt justified but in comparison to what is happening now, I think what I did was harsh but it was under different circumstances entirely.

“It is important not to look back into the past but look forward into the future but the future can be very bad for us if we continue to look into the animosity of the past,” Dr Mahathir said when O’Conner pointed out the seeming hypocrisy of his current alliance.
