“The DAP has successfully pitted Muslims against Muslims and the Chinese to a point of no-return. In my books, there is only one solution that is viable if it is peace and harmony we seek. And that solution has to do with the dismantling of the DAP and to place several of its leaders under lock and key before throwing that key into the dustbin”

Someone from ‘high up’ in the DAP met me yesterday and asked what was wrong with the DAP “wanting change.”
The conversation went as follows (reproduced with permission):
DAP guy: DAP wants to bring change for Malaysians, is that so difficult for you to accept?
Me: No, it is not. Everyone wants change for the better at every point in their lives. Barisan Nasional wants change, even PPBM wants change. The specific type of changes each party seeks to accomplish may be different, but ultimately, it’s about change, politics aside.
DAP guy: So what is your problem?
Me: The way you guys are pushing for change.
You know this guy, only, he’s been relatively quiet for some months now and lets Lim Guan Eng do all the talking. The fact that he met me on strict conditions of anonymity and trusted me enough to meet me, tells you one thing – the DAP is in trouble.
Anyway, let’s get back to the crux of the issue – the problem with the DAP. Now, the real problem with the DAP is not that it wants change. Like I said, everyone wants change, politics aside. The real problem with the DAP is the way it is seeking to accomplish that change.
And that’s a fact.
Let’s face it, change is bound to come by, one way or the other. Back when the Anglo-Saxon kingdom of Wessex emerged as the dominant English kingdom, it was considered normal and logical for peasants and commoners to serve Kings and (or) Queens at their pleasure and to regard them as Godsend.
Fast forward some centuries later, and we now have the monarchy of the United Kingdom, or, as some might have it, the British monarchy, reduced to nothing but a titular institution, commonly referred to as the Constitutional Monarchy of the United Kingdom.
This, too, is normal.
It follows, what is normal today may once have been ‘preposterous’, ‘treasonous’ or even ‘blasphemous’ to think about. Conventions change, as do precedents, and what one considers to be the ‘norm’ today may be ‘primitive’, ‘backward’ or even ‘absurd’ twenty years from now.
Once upon a time, it was considered proper for children to be seen and not heard, with parents going so far as to educate their young that authority, even if arbitrary, needed obeying without doubt or question. Today, it’s an entirely different story.
Today, we’re told that it’s okay to question people of authority as long as the questioning is done with ‘good intent’ and with the acceptance of one’s position of authority. God knows what it’s going to be like 20 years from now. Whatever will be, it’s all part of a natural process we refer to as “evolution” and concerns the human psyche, intellect and so on.
It’s collective.
And it is this which the DAP is tampering with. The DAP is ruthless, divisive, toxic and destructive to the natural evolution of the Malaysian psyche. It is racist and uses religion as a weapon to deny one race – the Malay race – the right to unite. It seems hell bent on turning members of the race against one another.
I’m not saying this because I harbour ill intent. On the contrary, I say this simply because it is the truth. Many DAP leaders have, over the years, either uttered horrendously racist, anti-unity, anti-Islamic and derogatory terms against the Malays or performed acts bordering on these attributes on the pretext of seeking ‘change’.
They want to shove down your throats pro-evangelist themes, lifestyles and what I perceive to be western-Israeli dogmas and have even gone to the extent of backing the distribution of communist-laced comic books to school-goers. There is no end to their conquest for the ‘liberalisation’ of Malaysia. Today, they’re even interpreting Islam the way they see fit by telling Muslims that the ‘Sumpah Laknat’ does little but to drive perception.
Imagine if I shared my take on Chinese deities.
Truth is, the DAP has succeeded in fuelling the flames of animosity between the Muslims and the non-Muslims to a point so critical, the only recourse is to declare a state of emergency and bring into effect ordinances that grant a caretaker administration powers to dismantle the “selective outrage machine” the party has put in place.
The DAP has successfully pitted Muslims against Muslims and the Chinese to a point of no-return. In my books, there is only one solution that is viable if it is peace and harmony we seek. And that solution has to do with the dismantling of the DAP and to place several of its leaders under lock and key before throwing that key into the dustbin.
Period.
