GEORGE TOWN: The state Pakatan Harapan leadership line-up proves that PKR MPs and assemblymen are being sidelined.
Penang Gerakan vice-chairman Oh Tong Keong said that the leadership line-up clearly showed that PKR MPs and assemblymen have no power in the state.
“PKR was not even given one post to hold in the PH leadership,” he said in a statement issued today.
Oh said he had repeatedly reminded PKR MPs and assemblymen to wake up and claim the power that is rightfully theirs.
However, he said, it appeared that the PKR representatives were not ready to face the reality that they were being sidelined by DAP and defend their power.
“PH always claims that all party within the coalition was equal and that there is no hegemony of any one party. However, we can clearly see from their leadership line up that DAP holds most of the important position such as the chairman and secretary position.
“This proves that the claim of being ‘equal’ is simply a slogan to deceive the people,” he said.
