TTF: Khairy Jamaluddin is living in this place called “Lalaland”
According to him, people could not “care less” whether PH made good on its pledges or not.
However, random online polls conducted by various quarters – including a Facebook page that’s pro-Mahathir – have proven just the opposite, that the majority of people are frustrated with PH for failing them.
So I’m really curious where this Khairy fellow gets his insights from.
If he is willing to point us to a legitimate survey showing that people did not care if PH made good on its pledges, I will congratulate PH for having succeeded in hoodwinking the people and declare Dr Mahathir Mohamad a Malaysian maverick.
Oh, and lest I forget – see the part where Khairy says “UMNO passed?”
That, my friends, is lalaland talk.
KUALA LUMPUR: Rembau member of parliament Khairy Jamaluddin today congratulated Pakatan Harapan for its first 100 days in office.
Commenting on the government’s unfulfilled 100-day promises, the former youth and sports minister also said the people could not “care less” whether PH made good on its pledges or not.
“The people do not care about the promises by Pakatan Harapan. What the people wanted is for the then prime minister to step down.
“But, we (Umno) will keep reminding them to fulfil what they have promised,” he said at the launching ceremony of “Buah Tangan”, an online business platform in conjunction with the National and Malaysia Day celebration month here today.
On Umno’s performance since the 14th General-Election (GE14), the party’s former youth chief said Barisan Nasional has neither failed nor succeeded.
“I believe we have more room to fix the situation. So, all I can say is that we passed,” he said.
