Lim Kit Siang and Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim, long associated with a minority faction (team Anwar) aiming to unseat Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad as early as possible, met earlier this week to discuss at length about the narrative forward for the so-called “Malaysia Baharu”.
The disclosure by Liew Chin Tong simply means TTF was right all along and that it is high time Kit Siang and gang apologised for cheating the people before burning the manifesto book in public and moving on.
Kit Siang is also duty bound to apologise to the Malay-Muslim community on behalf of the DAP for evoking Islamophobia every chance it got and admit that the party worked hard to pit the Malay-Muslims against one another to dominate the race.
He should then pledge to fight for the legislation of anti-Islamophobia laws and apologise to the Chinese for pitting them against the Muslims by having them believe that the Government of Malaysia (GoM) under the previous Barisan Nasional administration aimed to usurp the rights of non-Muslims by expanding the jurisdiction of the Syariah Courts.
PETALING JAYA: Lim Kit Siang and Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim, long associated with a minority faction (team Anwar) aiming to unseat Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad as early as possible, met earlier this week to discuss at length about the narrative forward for the so-called “Malaysia Baharu”.
According to a report by the Malay Mail Online, Deputy Defence Minister Liew Chin Tong tweeted a photo of both Lim and Anwar at the alleged meeting although the location of the said meeting was not provided.

“Both prominent individuals have discussed at length on the narrative forward for Malaysia Baharu within the framework of bringing all quarters back to the middle, to keep a distance from all forms of extreme discussions,” said Liew.
According to the MMO further, when queried, the senior Lim Lim told Malaysiakini that the meeting was just a regular discussion on the current situation and declined to elaborate further.
Liew’s revelation simply means what TTF has been saying all this while is true.
To move forward, Pakatan Harapan must first own up to its shenanigans prior to the 14thgeneral election by admitting that it fabricated a manifesto book just to win the election.
Mahathir has more or less admitted this on more than one occasion.
It is high time Kit Siang and gang apologised for cheating the people before burning the manifesto book in public and moving on.
