The government respects the High Court’s guilty verdict against Datuk Seri Najib Razak on seven charges of abuse of power, criminal breach of trust and money laundering in relation to RM42 million belonging to SRC International Sdn Bhd, says Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin. The Prime Minister called for Malaysians to continue to have faith in the independent judicial system, following the guilty verdict delivered in Najib’s case and stressed that the Perikatan Nasional government would always uphold the rule of law.
