A news report has surfaced claiming Tan Sri Musa Aman hit a roadblock – literally – when he and assemblymen aligned to him were stopped from heading to the Istana Negeri this afternoon.

According to Borneo Today, Musa’s convoy of at least 10 vehicles was stopped by police from entering the road leading to the Istana at about 4pm when the incident is believed to have happened.

Earlier, Musa had told reporters that they may be appealing to Juhar to reconsider the state assembly dissolution that ended his bid to take over the state government from Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal.

Musa, who announced he had the numbers to form the state government on Wednesday evening, has not been able to meet Juhar since the announcement of the dissolution by Shafie.
