Well, try asking Saifuddin or even Ahmad the same question and see if you get the same answer.
If the duo says ok, it will serve as confirmation that the SAS team – Saifuddin, Anwar and Ahmad – knows just how powerful Azmin is and that they can do jack shit about it.
If the duo tell you anything else, it will be yet another case of a reporter asking Saifuddin if Anwar is truly a sodomite and Saifuddin replying, “when you see a sodomite, you can call him Anwar.”
SUBANG JAYA: On the 3rd of September 2019, PKR president Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim claimed he issued a reminder to his deputy, Dato’ Seri Azmin Ali, to attend party leadership meetings.
“I don’t know if (Azmin) is boycotting (the meetings) or not.
“All I know, he has not come (for the meetings). And I have advised (Azmin), must attend,” he stressed.
Anwar, who was speaking to reporters in Kuala Lumpur, was asked how long Azmin would be allowed to boycott meetings before PKR’s disciplinary board took action against him.
But that question was already answered on the 22nd of August 2019 when board chairman Datuk Ahmad Kassim claimed that the party whip had no reasonable justification to take action against Azmin.
‘’We have not issued a reminder letter to the deputy president because he did not do anything requiring us to issue a letter asking for explanation
‘’The business (not attending meeting) is not the jurisdiction of the Disciplinary Board. It is the work of the PKR Secretary General (Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail),” he told a media conference after a Political Bureau Meeting.
However, when Saifuddin was asked, he simply reminded Azmin to come for party meetings, adding that the party’s constitution required all those with positions to attend meetings.
Actually, the trio – Saifuddin, Anwar and Ahmad (SAS) – are known to pass the buck, or, in PKR terms, “play musical chairs with reporters” whenever confronted with impossible-to-answer questions.
It happened again quite recently.
On the 1stof September 2019, Anwar confirmed receiving three letters from PKR vice-president Zuraida Kamaruddin seeking for a meeting with him.
According to Anwar, he had answered one of the letters and tasked party secretary-general Dato’ Seri Saifuddin Nasution with replying the remaining two.
But when Saifuddin was approached by reporters, he denied knowledge of anything that Anwar said, stressing that Zuraida had sent only one letter, not three.
Basically, he was telling reporters to “go ask Anwar, don’t bug me.”
