The victim who fell into the burning pit in the illegal factory at Sungai Lembu and died a horrific death has been identified as Mr. Moo Teng Jie, aged 26 years old) from Sg Petani.
The factory had no pollution control system and no safety measures and was just a group of 31 open burning pits operating 24 hours but was allowed to operate by the DAP Penang Govt.
The DAP Penang Govt had specifically written to prevent any action to close down the illegal factory despite warnings and urging from the DOE, the Department of Health and Safety and the PKR ADUN – which makes DAP the murderers.
(Sg Lembu is in Permatang Pauh and we wonder what the Member of Parliament there has been doing for more than a decade)
Was any compensation paid to the victim’s family – either by the factory owner or the state govt? Were police reports made?
If such a fatal accident had happened, why wasn’t the factory immediately shut down?
DAP should answer if Teng Jie’s life is any less valuable than Teoh Beng Hock?
