THE THIRD FORCE
The Third Force has been unable to get in touch with Raja Petra Kamarudin a.k.a. RPK since morning today. We are unaware if the blogger has been detained by police officers from Bukit Aman at the Malaysian High Commission office in London or if he walked out a free man.
To recap, RPK was called to the London office yesterday to give his statement regarding three articles he wrote, titled Strong rumours surrounding the AG: parts 1, 2 and 3.
It was not known to us then as it is now if RPK would be charged for any criminal offence. Our concern is that the High Commission office is regarded to be on Malaysian soil, meaning, the Malaysian police have a right to arrest him and detain him while they apply to extradite him back to Malaysia.
