#TTFCovid19: A group of young adults held a “Coronavirus party,” resulting in the possibility of many more Coronavirus cases in the state of Kentucky.

Thanks to the partygoers – who intentionally got together to defy state guidance to practice social distancing – the risk of hundreds more being infected is very real as the youngsters mingle with family and friends.

The United States has reported 55,231 confirmed Covid-19 infections since the pandemic began in January and has reported 797 deaths.

Some health experts have gone on record to say that the figures may be many fold higher due to the lack of a concerted effort to conduct nationwide screening and the lackadaisical attitude by some Federal administrators.

According to reports, Kentucky’s overall confirmed Coronavirus cases jumped to 163 on Tuesday alone.

Thanks to the partygoers – who intentionally got together to defy state guidance to practice social distancing – the risk of hundreds more being infected is very real as the youngsters mingle with family and friends.

“This is the part where I, the person that tells everybody to be calm, have to remain calm myself,” Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear reportedly said.

“Because anyone who goes to something like this may think that they are indestructible, but it’s someone else’s loved one that they are going to hurt.

“We are battling for the health and even the lives of our parents and our grandparents,” he added. “Don’t be so callous as to intentionally go to something and expose yourself to something that can kill other people. We ought to be much better than that.”
