Kajang move was all based on lies from a 92-page book.
In a court settlement in mid 2015, PKR issued an unconditional apology to the former Menteri Besar of Selangor, Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim, and retracted back all allegations it made against him.
It was a move that caused a lot of inconvenience, drama and backstabbing that eventually started the rift with PAS.
Some Pakatan apologists and troopers, however, said that the defamation suit brought by Khalid against PKR over the dossier was an out-of-court settlement and that both sides apologized to each other.
That itself is a lie.
The fact is, it was not an out-of-court settlement, but a consent judgement, as the documents (below herein) by Khalid’s lawyers will show you.
PKR’s apology was unconditional and runs 3 pages.
Let’s be clear that Khalid’s so-called “apology” was merely a “hey, It’s Raya. Sorry for hurting your feelings. Maaf Zahir dan Batin” and is just two paragraphs.
