Wee Ka Siong has made a killer expose on the Penang Undersea Tunnel project!
He claims that CRCC was sub-contracted to do all the work for the detailed design for the 3 roads and tunnel for only RM69mil which the Tunnel SPV then charged RM254mil to the Penang Govt.
Worse… Wee also claims that “master contractor” CRCC has stopped work on the Penang tunnel since they only ever received RM3 million in payment since 2013.
Your master contractor for a RM6.34 billion project only received RM3mil in payment since 5 years ago in 2013?
Is that why your reports can never get completed and no construction work has started while the Tunnel SPV happily received RM220mil in payments and happily doing luxury condo development projects worth RM800mil and RM15 billion on state land?
Is this true, Chief Minister?
Is this some sort of mega billion scam to use the two China company to grab valuable Penang State Land to make even more money?
