Anyway, Najib would not be bothered to debate someone who sleeps in diapers. Najib is not in the habit of challenging every man and his dog to debates like Mahathir and the Pakatan Harapan people are so fond of doing. Just like a chess grandmaster, Najib quietly makes his killer moves and checkmates his opponents. Mahathir keeps barking and does not bite. Najib seldom opens his mouth but when he does it is to bite you on your jugular and end your life.

In Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad’s latest blog posting he suggested he is not too old to debate Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak. Mahathir also asked Najib why he is afraid of debating him and that when he was Prime Minister for 22 years he did not need other people or ministers to reply on his behalf or experts such as those from Cambridge Analytica to help him.
But then was it not his son, Mukhriz, who employed Cambridge Analytica to help in the Kedah elections in 2013? So why is Mahathir talking about Cambridge Analytica helping Najib when it was Mukhriz whom they were employed to help? Mahathir does not seem to be focused on what is going on.
And why is Mahathir talking about debating Najib when he (Mahathir) is not the Prime Minister or party President any longer? Najib is the Prime Minister of Malaysia and President of Umno. Mahathir is merely a pensioner just like Rafidah Aziz. Mahathir does not even hold any position in the party other than just the Chairman. Mahathir is just a normal citizen and not even a warga emas any longer because he is far, far older than a warga emas. Mahathir, in fact, is a warga delima (ruby).
As the Chairman of PPBM, Mahathir should be debating the Chairman of Umno, Badruddin Amiruldin, not Najib, the Prime Minister and Umno President. PPBM’s President is Muhyiddin Yassin, not Mahathir. Mahathir is merely the party Chairman and is of the same status as Badruddin. Anyway, PPBM might soon no longer exist so Mahathir is not going to be the Chairman any longer.
Mahathir appears to have forgotten his status, or in this case his lack of status. Even Lim Guan Eng refuses to debate, Wee Ka Siong, the Deputy President of MCA. Guan Eng will only debate someone of his status such as the MCA President, Liow Tiong Lai. This means Guan Eng regards himself, and not his father Lim Kit Siang, as DAP’s leader.
Mahathir had his chance to debate Najib back in December 2015 during the Umno annual assembly. For two hours Najib gave Mahathir a drubbing but Mahathir just sat there and said nothing. Not a squeak came out of Mahathir’s mouth,
Mahathir then rushed out and went home even though PWTC was infested with reporters. Mahathir could have spoken to the media and replied to Najib. But he did not. He kept quiet and rushed home without saying a word to anyone. So why only now make so much noise?
