Zahid is leading UMNO and BN through destructive path

TTF: For once, TTF is on the same page with the MCA.

The MCA fails to realise, that as long as UMNO has not officially declared PAS to be its working partner, it is none of the MCA’s business.

However, on the 27th of October 2018, several local dailies quoted Dato’ Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi as saying that a brand new coalition to replace Barisan Nasional was in the works with PAS as partner.

That immediately gave the MCA the locus standi to brand UMNO both traitor and bully given the manner in which Zahid is behaving.

The UMNO president has clearly demonstrated, that when a team player is ‘injured’, one can disregard that player when charting a course for the team.

The MCA is akin to that injured team player given the number of seats it garnered during the 14th general election.

TTF: Zahid’s “Perikatan 3.0” is nothing but a ploy contrived to confuse Dr Mahathir Mohamad in hopes that the Prime Minister will trigger a caretaker government thinking that UMNO has the numbers.

But not only is PAS unwilling to work with Zahid, many PKR MPs have ditched Dato’ Seri Anwar Ibrahim, meaning, the party de facto chief will not even be able to muster 20 PKR MPs in his quest to forge a unity coalition leading towards a new government.

It’s just one lie after another from Dato’ Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi in his failed bid to outmanoeuvre Mahathir.

In the proses, he caused some of us to abandon our own plans to trigger a “caretaker government” seeing that he was reluctant to resign as UMNO president (READ FULL STORY BY TRACING LINK BELOW).

There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that UMNO has become insanely power-crazed and delirious under the leadership of Zahid Hamidi.

KUALA LUMPUR: MCA has reiterated its ultimatum to leave Barisan Nasional should Umno continue to work with Pas as a nexus.

Following a report which quoted Umno president Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi describing Pas as a “new political partner”, MCA deputy president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong said MCA would decide on its position in BN during its assembly on Dec 2.

“Umno or Zahid cannot unilaterally make decisions on behalf of BN, a coalition based on the principle of consensus among its component partners.

“The fate of BN does not lie in Umno’s hands alone. If they cannot commit to mutual respect for their coalition partners as is expected and instead, proceed to partner with Pas without prior discussions with MCA, then MCA will not hesitate to cut ties with Umno.

“Come Dec 2, MCA central delegates will make a clear decision on MCA’s position in BN. We can only wish Dr Ahmad Zahid all the best if he insists on forming an alliance with Pas,” Wee said in a Facebook posting on Sunday.

Wee also reminded Zahid that Umno’s continued partnership with Pas would deviate the largest Malay party from mainstream politics.

“I would like to remind Zahid that there is no future for a mono-ethnic political path. His decision will only lead Umno away from mainstream politics, and he will be remembered in history as the person who brings Umno and BN to an end.

“MCA cannot in good conscience walk with him on this path of self-destruction. We will definitely find our own path.”
