LTTE onslaught: DAP suffers bloodied nose, pushes panic button

A well-placed source has since confirmed links between the DAP and Facebook whereby an individual from the giant social media corp is said to be monitoring anti-DAP pages and places restrictions on those attacking the party. Source (pic): TTF Files

The DAP is badly hurt by the ongoing onslaught with regards to allegations that the party condones terrorism and supports the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam.

This follows the sudden and unexplained restrictions placed by Facebook on several pages, including the Facebook page Raggie Jessy Rithaudeen following a live broadcast that explained reasons a police report was lodged against Penang Deputy Chief Minister Ramasamy and the DAP.

Yesterday, the joint chairperson of neo-political group Gerakan Bangsa Nasional (GBN), Raggie Jessy Rithaudeen, lodged a police report at the Subang Jaya police headquarters (IPD Subang Jaya) seeking investigations into Ramasamy’s and the DAP’s bank accounts for possible links with terrorism.

The report was lodged at 3 pm and was deemed sensitive enough not to be published via The Third Force. However, Raggie undertook to publish the gist of the report yesterday (trace link below for full text).

PETALING JAYA: The DAP is badly hurt by the ongoing onslaught with regards to allegations that the party condones terrorism and supports the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE).

This follows the sudden and unexplained restrictions placed by Facebook on several pages, including the Facebook page Raggie Jessy Rithaudeen following a live broadcast that explained reasons a police report was lodged against Penang Deputy Chief Minister Ramasamy and the DAP.

The sudden restrictions prevent postings from appearing in news feeds for no rhyme or reason, thus impeding organic reach, while all attempts to get an explanation from Facebook or specific reasons for the restrictions proved futile.

A well-placed source has since confirmed links between the DAP and Facebook whereby an individual from the giant social media corp is said to be monitoring anti-DAP pages and places restrictions on those attacking the party.

Raggie has since placed a personal challenge to the DAP leadership to deny this and not to hide behind mere rhetoric by lodging a police report against him if the allegation is false.
