PETALING JAYA: Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad has gone back on his own word, says Selangor DAP secretary and Sungai Pelek assemblyman Ronnie Liu.
“A while back, I wrote about how prior to the 14th General Election (GE14), Dr Mahathir told a group of activists and NGOs that he would not accept Umno frogs. I know because I was there.
“I heard it with my own ears… and I believed him.
TTF: And you didn’t see it coming?
Well, it wouldn’t matter.
After all, it didn’t matter to you when he flip flopped on infrastructure projects and lied to the people about abolishing tolls and PTPTN.
As a matter of fact, you didn’t even care when Lim Guan Eng lied about the national debt being RM1 trillion or the debt-to-GDP ratio being above 80%.
All that mattered to you was the need for the DAP to gain control of government by proxy to facilitate the looting of Malay-Muslim assets.
So it sort of serves you right, now that Mahathir is about to turn PPBM into the strongest party yet in Pakatan Harapan before giving you and Lim Kit Siang the boot.
And believe me, the old man is currently in talks with four DAP MPs who’re about to show you and your beloved Lim Kit Siang the middle finger when the time is right.
One of the MPs is even a good friend of yours.
Can you guess who that MP is?
“When Umno MPs started jumping ship, there were concerns they would be accepted into Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (PPBM).
“Some of their leaders tried to allay the fears of their Pakatan Harapan colleagues by saying that these people would need to become independents first and that they would be thoroughly vetted,” Liu said.
TTF: Actually, that did happen, though I can’t understand how they were eventually found to be ‘clean’.
Even I have the dirt on them.
But that’s besides the point.
The point is, you’re working with the biggest liar and greatest political criminal there is in Malaysian history, and yet, chose to believe his sincerity in vetting UMNO politicians to decide who was clean?
What are you, some sort of a retard?
On Tuedsay (Feb 12), Dr Mahathir handed over Bersatu membership cards to seven MPs who had defected from Umno.
The seven are Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainudin (Larut), Datuk Seri Ikmal Hisham Abdul Aziz (Tanah Merah), Datuk Dr Latiff Ahmad (Mersing), Datuk Rosol Wahid (Hulu Terengganu), Datuk Mohd Fasiah Mohd Fakeh (Sabak Bernam), Datuk Shahbudin Yahya (Tasik Gelugor) and Datuk Mas Ermieyati Samsudin (Masjid Tanah).
